Full Broadcast Rights - Select this option if you intend to use the voice over for advertising your product or service in paid broadcasting channels, like radio, TV and internet.
Commercial Rights - Select this option if you intend to use the voice over for promoting your product or service in non-paid marketing channels.
HQ Audio (.wav) - Select this option if you want the voice over recording in uncompressed audio file for maximum fidelity. 
Split Files - Select this option if you want your audio split into 5 separate files (example: for a phone system).
